The mass is the highest form of Catholic prayer and worship. Its rich liturgy involves prayers, hymns, scripture readings, and most importantly the Eucharist. Catholics are able to celebrate Sunday (the Lord's Day) and all other holy days of obligation by gathering in a sacred place and glorifying God as one. You can also participate in mass on a daily basis by attending it during the weekdays or on the Saturday Vigil.
In addition to mass, The Catholic Church has been blessed to have seven sacraments: Baptism, Reconciliation, Holy Communion, Confirmation, Holy Matrimony, Holy Orders, and Anointing of the Sick. Throughout a Catholic's journey in life, one has the opportunity to receive the grace sacraments can provide.
